Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 6 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that processing times may be extended during weekends, holidays, or peak seasons.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).


Shipping Origin

All items are shipped from Japan.


Shipping Methods

We offer international shipping via Japan Post or other reliable carriers, depending on the destination and selected shipping option.

Available shipping methods may include:

  • Insured shipping (optional, when available)

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Package weight and size

Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:

  • United States / Canada: 7–21 business days

  • Europe: 10–25 business days

  • Asia / Oceania: 7–20 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer

  • We do not control or predict customs fees

  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the item being returned or discarded, and refunds will not be issued

For certain countries (e.g. Indonesia), additional information such as a taxpayer identification number may be required for delivery.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or the shipping carrier

  • For untracked or uninsured shipments, we cannot guarantee delivery

  • For tracked shipments, we will assist with carrier investigations when possible

If insurance was purchased and the package is confirmed lost or damaged, a claim may be filed according to the carrier’s policy.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned or discarded by the carrier due to address issues

Reshipping fees may apply if an item is returned to us.


Combined Shipping

If multiple orders are placed and have not yet shipped, we may be able to combine them into one shipment.
