No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

The item received is significantly different from the item shown in the listing photos.

The item was damaged during shipping, and proof is provided.

The wrong item was sent due to our error.
In such cases, clear photo or video evidence must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
Condition Disclaimer
All cards are individually photographed, and the images in the listing represent the exact card you will receive.
Please review all photos carefully before purchasing.
Minor imperfections, print lines, or flaws that are visible in the photos or typical for trading cards do not qualify for a refund.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, at our discretion, we may offer a partial refund as a resolution instead of a return.
The refund amount will be determined based on the condition difference and situation.
Shipping & Insurance
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier unless insurance was purchased.
Please contact your local postal service for delivery-related issues.
Fraud Prevention
To prevent fraudulent activity, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

Buyer’s remorse

Claims based on images uploaded or replaced after the purchase was completed
All order and listing data are recorded and may be submitted to the platform if necessary.
